My name is Vivian K. Henderson, MSW, LCSW-C, LCSW, and I am the Founder and Therapist at Constantly Evolving®. I hold active licenses in both Texas and Maryland, with 16 years of experience in clinical social work across various settings. My expertise includes working with individuals diagnosed with ADHD, schizophrenia, anxiety disorders (such as panic attacks, generalized anxiety, specific anxiety, and social anxiety), mood disorders (including bipolar disorder, depression, and postpartum depression), trauma and stress-related disorders (adjustment disorders and PTSD), dual diagnosis, and other mental health conditions.
I am certified in sex therapy and mindfulness-based stress reduction for teens and adults (MBSR-T), with additional training in integrative therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
My goal is to provide exceptional mental health services in a warm, welcoming environment where you feel safe and comfortable expressing your reasons for seeking help. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and seeking support for mental well-being is nothing to be embarrassed about. Just as people schedule appointments for medical concerns, addressing unhealthy behaviors, patterns, and emotions with a mental health provider is a vital step toward healing.
I am committed to helping individuals on their healing journeys by building strong, therapeutic relationships. Together, we will explore the root causes of challenges, uncovering new perspectives and solutions that will equip you with healthier coping strategies for future difficulties.
Helping others has always been my life’s mission, and this extends beyond my clients. As a Maryland Board-Certified Supervisor, I provide clinical supervision to individuals pursuing their social work licensure and mentor social work interns completing their educational requirements. It brings me immense fulfillment to support the next generation of clinical social workers as they thrive in their careers.
