Supervision

As a Board-Certified Supervisor, clinical supervision is provided to social workers and social work interns. During the initial meeting, supervision contracts tailored to individual needs will be established. Weekly sessions, lasting 1-2 hours, are conducted to foster a collaborative relationship with supervisees.

In supervision, complex cases are reviewed, and guidance is provided on managing challenging situations. This process is designed to enhance skills in ethical and professional standards, therapeutic rapport, screening and assessments, and case conceptualization.
