Supervision

As a Board-Certified Supervisor, I provide clinical supervision to social workers and social worker interns. Supervision contracts will be developed during the first scheduled meeting. I will meet with my supervisees for 1-2 hours on a weekly basis. The rapport I build with my supervisees is from a collaborative framework. During supervision, we will discuss specific complex cases and I will offer guidance on how to handle difficult or challenging situations. Supervisees will be able to enhance their skill set in the areas of ethical and professional standards, therapeutic rapport, screening and assessments, and case conceptualization.
