Insurance Information

Telemental health is not covered by all insurance companies. All clients are responsible for calling their policy holder to receive verification about their coverage prior to treatment. Currently, Constantly Evolving® accepts payments through the following insurances: Medicaid, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United, and Cigna. For those clients that are self-pay or planning to use their out-of-service network, an invoice will be provided to submit for possible reimbursement.

Self-Pay: 

All major credit/debit cards and ACH payments are accepted.

Cancellation Policy: 

At Constantly Evolving®, we understand emergent situations happens, but if clients are unable to keep their scheduled appointment, we ask that you cancel within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. All clients will be held responsible for a cancellation fee for any missed scheduled appointment or cancellation made without 24-hour notice.

Please note, there are several reasons for this policy:

  • Consistency is needed for effectiveness.
  • Clients are held accountable for their treatment.
  • Time missed by clients could have been used for other clients seeking treatment.
