Telemental Health and Insurance Information

Coverage for telemental health services may vary by insurance provider. We recommend confirming your benefits with your insurance policyholder prior to initiating treatment. Constantly Evolving® accepts the following insurance plans: Medicaid, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United, and Cigna. For clients opting for self-pay or utilizing out-of-network benefits, an invoice will be provided for possible reimbursement. 

Self-Pay Options:

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as ACH payments.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; however, to ensure the continued effectiveness of our services, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Clients will be responsible for a cancellation fee for any missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice. 

This policy ensures:

  • Consistency: Regular attendance is vital for effective therapeutic outcomes.
  • Accountability: Clients are accountable for their commitment to treatment.
  • Efficiency: Time that could have been allocated to other clients is preserved.
